Yesica Gandia Gonzalez moved from Cuba to the United States at the age of 10 with her parents. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida International University in 2020 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University in 2023. She began her career as a Registered Nurse in 2023 while continuing her education and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Jacksonville University in 2026.
Yesica is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is proud to be part of the team at First Coast Cardiovascular Institute, where she is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while continuing to learn and grow alongside experienced cardiovascular specialists.
In her free time, Yesica enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
