It is always important to be striving towards a set of goals. Goals help ground us in our values and establish where we want to be in the future. However, it is not always the end result of the goal that matters. Sometimes, a goal can serve as an anchor. A goal can be a source of guidance to set you in the right direction. At times, it is not achieving the goal that matters but the journey in working towards that goal. We love this quote from Bruce Lee.
“A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at.”
