A proud native of Jacksonville, FL, Dr. Steven Bateh is excited to give back to his community that did so much for his upbringing. Dr. Bateh attended the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He then enrolled at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio, where he earned his Doctorate degree in Podiatric Medicine. He began his postgraduate training at St. Vincent’s Medical Center here in Jacksonville, FL, followed by two years at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida, where he served as Chief Resident for both of those years. Throughout his residency, he was exposed to and trained in all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery.  

Dr. Bateh is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Bateh treats all general podiatric ailments with a focus in wound care, diabetic foot care, and limb salvage procedures. Dr. Bateh is a major advocate in treating his patients holistically, and he strives to provide optimal, compassionate care. Dr. Bateh’s fun personality always keeps his patients on their toes (pun intended).

In his free time, Dr. Bateh enjoys spending time with his family. He loves going to the beach, exploring new restaurants, and playing and watching sports. He is a huge fan of the Florida Gators and his puppy Max!
