We all have long days at work. Sometimes, they’re interesting. Sometimes, they’re not so interesting. When we hit those not so interesting days, we may be tempted to open our drawer and entertain ourselves with some not-so-healthy snacks. Our team is passionate about snacking healthy so we asked them what their favorite snacks at work are.

Courtney Smith, our Director of Medical Staff, says she enjoys a cup of yogurt with some granola. Yogurt is a great source of calcium while granola kicks the snack an extra kick of taste and a few grams of fiber.
