Sandisover Grant, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Sandisover Grant is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in cardiovascular and progressive care nursing. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Sandisover gained extensive experience caring for high-acuity cardiac patients as a Progressive Care Nurse and Diabetes Educator at UF Health Jacksonville. Throughout her career, she has cared for patients with heart failure, coronary artery disease, cardiac arrhythmias, hypertension, diabetes, and other complex cardiovascular conditions.

Sandisover is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care and empowering patients to take an active role in their cardiovascular health. She is excited to be part of the team at First Coast Cardiovascular Institute, where she can continue advancing patient outcomes while working alongside experienced cardiovascular specialists.

In her free time, Sandisover enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and pursuing personal and professional growth.
