Meet Dr. Angelito Tecson

Every Wednesday, we’ll spotlight a different provider, service or initiative to share with you. This week, meet Dr. Angelito Tecson, the primary care doctor heading our Jacksonville Clinic Macclenny primary care office. 

Dr. Angelito Tecson graduated from the University of Santo Thomas College of Medicine in the Philippines. He completed his Residency in Family Medicine at North Hudson Hospital in Weehawken, New Jersey. After his Residency, Dr. Tecson relocated to Florida where he served an as Emergency Room Physician at Perry Memorial Hospital in Perry, FL. Dr. Tecson has been in private practice for over 30 years. He recently joined Jacksonville Clinic because he liked the passion and dedication of the Jacksonville Clinic team.

Dr. Tecson is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physician, the Association of Medical Directors and the Florida Medical Association. In the past, he has served as Vice President of the Philippine Medical Society as well as on several committees. Additionally, Dr. Tecson has been the Director of Frank Wells Nursing Home for over 30 years.

Dr. Tecson is happily married with two children. He enjoys tennis and traveling on the weekend.
