As of today, Monday afternoon, here is our plan for coverage based on location and type of service:
Tuesday Sept 3rd:
- The following offices will be closed:
- Jacksonville Beach office at 905 Beach Blvd
- St Augustine Office
- Monument Office
- All Other locations are open and conducting business as usual, This includes:
- 7011 AC Skinner (Jacksonville Southside)
- 1681 Eagle Harbor (Fleming Island Location)
- 9765 San Jose Blvd (Mandarin Location)
- Dunn Ave (Northside)
- 103rd Street (Westside)
- Those patients scheduled for outpatient procedures at Memorial Hospital, your procedures have been cancelled.
- If you have outpatient procedures at Putnam Community Medical Center or Orange Park Medical Center, please be advised that your procedure will proceed as scheduled.
Wednesday Sept 4th:
- The following offices will be closed:
- Jacksonville Beach office at 905 Beach Blvd
- St Augustine Office
- Monument Office
- Those patients scheduled for outpatient procedures are Memorial Hospital, your procedures have been cancelled.
- All other locations status will be updated on Tuesday in the afternoon.
