The 5 Minute Morning Workout
We recommend getting your exercise first thing in the morning, so you aren’t tempted to skip as you get tired throughout the day.
5 minute morning workout instructions:
30 seconds of push-ups, 1 minute jumping jacks, 1 minute downward dog to plank, 1 minute jumping jacks, 30 seconds of push-ups, 1 minute alternating lunges.
The 5 Minute Office Workout
We’ve made it impossible to find an excuse to skip working out. This 5 minute office workout can be done at your desk in between coffee breaks. Bonus: stretching at work also increases your productivity. Your doctor and your boss will thank us for this one.
5 minute office workout instructions:
12 shoulder rolls, 10 second back twist, 20 chair dips, 12 shoulder stretches, 20 second neck tilts

Use this 5 minute cardio workout to get your heart racing, burn some calories and release endorphins (your brain’s happy hormone).

30 squat jumps, 50 high knees, 30 jump lunges
