Brett Sasseen, MD, FACC
Cardiovascular Disease
Dr. Brett Sasseen grew up in St. Louis, MO. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and received a bachelor of arts degree in neurobiology. He received his doctor of medicine degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Sasseen performed his internship and residency at the University of Michigan and then performed his fellowship in cardiology and interventional cardiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Sasseen specializes in interventional cardiology and his interests include coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, intravascular ultrasound, and valvular heart disease. He is currently board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology. He is a member of the American Medical Association, a fellow in the American College of Cardiology, and a fellow of the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
