Dr. Andrea DeNeen is a board-certified cardiologist who brings compassion, experience, and a strong commitment to prevention-focused heart care to First Coast Cardiovascular Institute. Drawn to medicine from an early age, Dr. DeNeen discovered her passion for cardiology during training and has dedicated her career to helping patients better understand, manage, and prevent heart disease.
While she enjoys the procedural aspects of cardiovascular care, Dr. DeNeen’s greatest focus is patient education, prevention, and individualized treatment. Her approach reflects FCCI’s commitment to compassionate, personalized care for every patient.
Dr. DeNeen joined First Coast Cardiovascular Institute in June 2012 after practicing in rural Kentucky as an invasive, non-interventional cardiologist. Her clinical background and patient-first philosophy allow her to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care to individuals with a wide range of cardiovascular needs.
Outside of medicine, Dr. DeNeen enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She also enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and learning new creative skills such as crocheting and knitting.
